PLG bypass cabinet

Introduction

The PLG Series consists of a complete utility power bypass system, composed of isolation transformers (single-to-single, dual-to-single, three-to-single, and three-to-three), compensation transformers, high-voltage transformers, transmission mechanisms, brush contact systems, control systems, a manual bypass switch (optional), a DC reverse-blocking diode (optional), and a transmitter (optional).

The PLG Series features stepless voltage regulation, stable output, comprehensive protection functions, high stability and reliability, and easy operation and maintenance. Its performance fully meets the operational requirements of UPS systems.

 

Capacity 10KVA-220KVA three phase；10KVA-150KVA single phase
Input voltage 380V±15 (three phase)；220V±15% (single phase)
Output voltage 380V±15%（three phase）；220V±15%（single phase）
Regulation accuracy default 25% (1% - 5% adjustable)
Frequency 50/60Hz ± ２%
Overvoltage Cut off the output power in 3-5 seconds if it's 5% higher of the rated voltage
Undervoltage  Cut off the output power in 3-5 seconds if it's13% lower of the rated voltage
Short circuit Cut off the output power when the load equipment is short-circuited
Antiphase When the three-phase electrical phase sequence is wrong, the machine will alarm and cut off the output power
Phase deficiency When the three-phase power is in phase loss, the machine will alarm and cut off the output power
Additional wave distortion ≤1％
Additional voltage asymmetry Increment of output vs input asymmetry ≤1％
