Introduction

TCR series is a voltage stabilizing power supply designed to maintain stable AC voltage. When external power grid voltage fluctuates, it can automatically keep the output voltage stable.TCR series is equipped with over-voltage, over-current, phase-loss, phase-sequence protection, and automatic mechanical fault protection. It features large capacity, high efficiency, no waveform distortion, balanced voltage regulation, and wide load applicability. It can withstand instantaneous overload and operate continuously for long periods.It allows manual/automatic switching at will. It adopts a professional thermal convection cooling design, offering easy operation and convenient maintenance.

The core voltage regulation transmission mechanism uses patented machine tool guide rail technology, ensuring stable adjustment, smooth sliding performance, and an aesthetically optimized structure.

The control circuit board adopts the industry-exclusive SMT surface-mount technology. The circuit design uses an AD736 true RMS sampling circuit, which effectively suppresses high-frequency noise and interference, enabling accurate voltage signal sampling and ensuring stable output voltage of the stabilizer.

The LED intelligent digital display features a human–machine interface. The panel uses a full automatic multifunction LED voltage and current display meter with a measurement accuracy of 0.5 class.

It is equipped with over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current automatic alarm protection functions, as well as various protection and delay parameter settings.

The transformer adopts a brand-new silicon steel core, using B35A440 high-permeability silicon steel sheets. It is processed by a fully automatic Delta CNC cross-cutting system with full-color touchscreen frequency conversion control technology. The cutting accuracy is less than 0.02mm, effectively ensuring minimal magnetic leakage and maximum efficiency.

The insulation treatment process of the transformer windings adopts fully automatic vacuum impregnation and one-piece curing (baking) technology, which effectively improves insulation strength and anti-oxidation capability, enhancing overall efficiency and service life of the transformer.
