Introduction

 

The ITCR serie adopts microcomputer intelligent control (MCU + PLD + 12-bit high-speed A/D conversion) to perform real-time monitoring. Output commands are used to control electronic power modules (IGBT or SCR) for rapid switching. Through transformer synchronous operation, phase-locking, and sinusoidal waveform superposition compensation, the system maintains stable output voltage.

The system features fast response speed, carbon-brush-free operation, contactless design, and no mechanical components, with automatic three-phase voltage balancing.It is also equipped with built-in self-diagnostic functions, and fault conditions are displayed on an LCD screen with clear fault descriptions.We are proud to present our patented contactless voltage stabilizer, independently developed and manufactured by our company, featuring internationally advanced technology.It adopts integrated circuits that control multiple thyristors (SCRs) in a specific sequence to switch at zero-crossing of the AC voltage, thereby adjusting the magnitude and polarity of the compensation voltage. This represents a perfect combination of thyristor AC switching technology and transformer technology.The system uses high-power thyristors (silicon-controlled rectifiers, SCRs) instead of mechanical components and carbon brushes for voltage regulation. The capacity can reach up to 3000 kVA, with a maximum compensation range of ±50%, and efficiency of over 99%. It is a new-generation energy-saving and eco-friendly product, leading the development direction of high-power voltage stabilization power supplies.
